Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the device in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned device, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
